Height: Roughly 6’ (on paper he’s 5'11 and ½", but 6’ is much quicker to say.)

Build: Slim but muscular. Most people would call it wiry, but the clothes he wears tends to hide the actual definition. They also hired a myriad of scars. Most are minor, simple cuts that heal just a touch lighter than his naturally almost tan skin. A few are a bit more severe.

Hair: Dark brown, cut quite short, so that’s simply a wash and go in the mornings. He jokes that if shaving it bald didn’t require upkeep, he would do it in a flash.

Eyes: Dark brown and somewhat angled. It makes when he narrows his eyes, whether in anger or even in just genuine thought, a much more pronounced gesture. Because of this and his natural tendency to sarcasm and anger, he tends to look bored or annoyed at most things. However, if he’s in a genuinely good mood, they are the first thing to light up.

Style: Oran is not a man of fashion. While he’s capable of dressing up and looking good, he tends to go for the most easy to wear in clothing. While at his job, he tends to wear alot of suits, usually in brown or dark blue tones. But off the clock, he tends to wear t-shirts, henleys, anything that’s an easy to pull over, and dark wash jeans. Occasionally khakis if he’s trying to dress up a little bit.

As for accessories, he wears very little. Occasionally, he wears a Celtic knot silver ring on his right hand, middle finger. Otherwise it’s a leather or silver watch and that’s it. Except for a pendant bought for him by his mother shortly before she passed. It’s a worn down seal carved in wood and strung on a black cord. He’ll never reveal quite what the reason for the charm is, but he’s very protective of it. Most of the time, it’s usually hidden from view tucked under his shirt.

Notable Details: He has a large scar on his shoulder blade (back) from a knife, that’s he’s had since he was 15. He has another on his leg from a motorcycle accident from when he was 21.

Personality

Base: Oran tends to be an active, physical type of person and it seems to dominate his whole mindset. Raised Catholic, it’s more habit then anything that leads him to a pew nowadays, and his faith is placed more into things he can see and touch then anything that requires belief. He’s also the type to jump in as he’s asking questions, believing experience is the best teacher. While he’s quick to help people, being one of the main factors that did lead him to a career in law enforcement, he’s also just as quick to tease or even torment. Most people though, figure him to be a regular man, and he’s just as happy for them to think that and not dig any further..

Story

At 30 years old, Oran is starting to feel like he’s actually made it in life. He’s finally getting past the ‘rookie’ stage in the FBI, he’s gotten an actual apartment that doesn’t look like a frat’s boy dream, and he’s even able to help his sister pursue her dreams. It almost seems like he can ignore where he’s came from in life.

But there’s some things not even his selkie mother could have prepared him for and his line of work expects him to be able to fully understand the ‘hidden world’ around them. Never mind that he was never exposed to until he joined the Bureau. Plus, he still has to look out for his sister, whose talents could make her an asset to his work…or a victim of it.
